How do I get a password to Briggs Defence Asset Manager?

Simply complete the form on the ‘Register’ page. Briggs Defence will then forward these details to the CMT to complete the security protocol. Upon approval Briggs Defence will then email you back your unique logon code. Please note: your logon code is not transferable or for use of others

I have a logon code but cannot get access

If you have a logon code, enter this and click the ‘forgotten password’ hyper link, an email will be sent to you to remind you of the password. Should this fail, please call the Briggs Defence “Asset Manager” help desk on 01235 550051 or email defence@briggsequipment.co.uk

I want to see the full specification of one on my assets. How do I do this?

From the left hand menu area, look in your reports and click on ‘Asset Details’. From here you can view all attributes of any truck.

I would like to see a photograph of one of my assets. How do I access this?

To Select Asset Detail report and enter your fleet number, click on the hyper link to view a photo of the asset, if we have the photo it will appear here.

How can I see what my fleet / truck utilization history is?

CMT: For aggregate values there a number of reports you can look through on the reports area; KPI area.
ADO: For a specific truck you can use the ‘Asset Details’ report accessed from your reports on the left hand menu path.

What do I need to do if I change Units?

From the user logon page, when you input your user name and password there is a hyper link to ‘Change User Details’. Please complete this form updating the new UIN details.

How do I request an additional item of equipment for a new application?

Log into the portal. From the transactions menu, please select the form 21 from the “Online forms” sub menu and select you fluctuation type. Complete all details required and submit to the CMT for authorization.

I have a surge demand and require a Short Term Hire truck – how do I go satisfying this requirement?

Log into the portal. From the transactions menu, please select the form 04 from the “Online forms” sub menu. Complete all details required and submit to the CMT for authorization.

How do I logon?

Follow the Login button on the home page and enter your logon code. This will then give access to your reports.
